Brunch concert

Don't worry - we also know that singing with a full mouth is difficult. But we also know that listening to singing while your mouth is full is pure luxury!

"A piece of love" leaves nothing to be desired with its largely vegan brunch buffet.
Melina Nora will enchant you with her voice and perform soulful, "walliserdiitschi" songs.

Sounds cheesy but we'll say it anyway:

CHF 20.- -> concert only

Menu:

Fake salmon with real Prosecco
accompanied by fruity orange butter, homemade yoghurt cream cheese and homemade pot bread.

Chili dog as brunch bites - the classic goes vegan
Fiery, spicy chilli sin carne is cooked with passion and served on a lovingly baked vrioche - super fluffy, vegan brioche with olive oil and sweet potato (instead of butter and egg).

Over the Top(ping)
The whole thing is topped with creamy La Fraîche, fresh coriander or parsley, crispy tortilla chips and pink onions.

Sweet finish
And of course there's also something sweet at the end. But Melanie will keep it a secret which seasonal sweet specialities she will sweeten your Sunday with.
